As the EMEA Senior Brand Manager, you will establish and communicate vision, strategy and future innovation plans, that delivers against overall business, market share and equity objectives. Key Responsibilities • Partner with senior management, lead markets and cross functional teams in shaping a robust regional strategy. • Shape brand architecture & drive innovation by identifying consumer insights, need states & market trends, creating & developing new product concepts & execute best in class launches. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (i. e. R&D, Packaging) and lead the NPD & claims development • Develop and/or adapt TV & Digital assets centered around the consumer & anchored to the brand strategy.
