Salary £24,000 - £28,000 per annum Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications to identify potential cost implications. Assist in the development and management of project budgets, monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with senior quantity surveyors to ensure adherence to financial objectives and constraints. Participate in the tendering process, including the preparation and evaluation of tender documents related to roofing and cladding projects. Collaborate with procurement teams to secure competitive bids from contractors and suppliers. Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts for roofing and cladding projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
