We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work on a permanent basis for a well-established Company based in Warrington The Package: The basic salary for the Sales Administrator role is between £18,000-£22,000 per annum The standard hours for the Sales Administrator role are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work on a permanent basis for a well-established Company based in Warrington The Package: The basic salary for the Sales Administrator role is between £18,000-£22,000 per annum The standard hours for the Sales Administrator role are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday The Role: In the Sales Administrator role you will be tasked with: Receiving and processing purchase orders Verifying orders, confirming with customers that their order has been processed and providing them with delivery dates Answering phone calls to help customers with their enquiries, providing information on stock availability, status of orders and prices of items. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments Supporting the Design and Accounts teams with other administrative tasks if required Processing and monitoring return orders. The Candidate: To be the right person for Sales Administrator role you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills It's important that you also have the following: Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets Able to communicate with customers over the phone in an efficient and professional manner Experience in SAGE Accounts software is beneficial but not required.
