The role involves diverse finance duties, pivotal in supporting the finance team across various accounting and financial tasks, enhancing your employability and job satisfaction within a well-established real estate group. Responsibilities: Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist in the preparation of financial reports. Update and reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Record and monitor all financial transactions. Generate financial reports for management review. Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Provide general administrative support to the finance team. Requirements: Previous experience in finance or accounting. Relevant industry experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
