The department cultivates and sustains strong relationships with donors, alumni, volunteers and other stakeholders worldwide. Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for the operational, financial and administrative management of the Office of Advancement, with the goal of ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency based on sound business practices. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Operations helps to create a work environment and culture that values excellence, initiative, effectiveness and community, and offers staff opportunities for professional growth and development.
