Job Description: Sales Manager - CORPORATELocation: Brussels Salary: €4000 - €4400 - NEGOTIABLE + BENEFITSAre you looking for a new challenge in 2024, do you want to be working in a Luxury Hotel that is located in the Hearth of Brussels. if you answered " YES" twice then this is the role for YOUThe Role: This sales position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities focusing on the Corporate including mice and TMC Travel Management Company markets and accounts. You will be accountable for making sure that the business is turned over properly and in a timely manner for proper service delivery. With this , you will also lead all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long- term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. You love driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within assigned client portfolio. Together with the DOSM, you execute overall sales strategy of the hotel. The tasks you will need to perform with ease: You are responsible for achieving the room and catering sales objectives of Corporate and TMC business segments. You act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns for his/her client portfolio Representing and promoting the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. Soliciting new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections come natural to you Negotiating transient & group contracts and RFP’s for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions determined in the hotel’s selling strategy. Solicit transient and group business that enables the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms, meeting & events and food & beverage. You assist with selling, implementation.
