This is a full-time fixed-term contract position working full time, 37.5 hours per week. Brand new vacancy available for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner working in a mother and baby unit in Norwich. This is a full-time fixed-term contract position working full time, 37.5 hours per week. You will support referrals, carry out comprehensive backssments, develop perinatal specialist mental health care plans, and monitor and support women during pregnancy or at post-natal stages. You will attend and cover key functions in the team, manage a caseload, and provide mental health care services to people with mental health care needs. The working hours for this position are 37.5 hours per week. You must have a nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Social Work, and keep up to date with specific specialist perinatal research. We have a culture of continued learning, and the service has regular protected days, which include a variety of training, group reflection, supervision, and service development. This will be paid in your first pay packet. We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
