As a Heavy Equipment Operator, You Will: Operate a variety of heavy equipment in construction operations in a safe and efficient manner Perform daily maintenance; clean and service the equipment and perform minor repairs to equipment Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records, and daily equipment log Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment Perform all fluid level checks, fueling, greasing, undercarriage cleaning, etc. as required Productively operated in a collaborative manner with all crew members Fully participate in the company safety program What You’ll Bring: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment Must have a valid minimum G2 driver's licence with driver’s abstract meeting Miller’s expectations Ability to operate in a fast pace and demanding environment in a safe and effective manner Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others; team player who is willing to help out in all areas Must have a high attention to detail and the ability to think critically Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required Must be able to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions Miller is proud to provide this unique career opportunity, we offer continuous.
