Join a Transportation team as a Deputy Project Manager with opportunities based in their Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, or Galway office. As a key member of a dynamic team, you'll contribute to multi-disciplinary transportation projects, taking ownership of contract/commercial management, overseeing the design process, and playing a crucial role in developing tender proposals to secure new commissions. Key Responsibilities: Fulfill the role of Deputy Project Manager on multi-disciplinary transportation projects. Own contract/commercial management responsibilities. Lead and manage the design process. Contribute to developing tender proposals, supporting bids, and winning new commissions. Desirable Skills/Attributes: Degree-level education (level 8/9 engineering degree). Minimum of 5 years' postgraduate experience, primarily in a consultancy environment. Chartered or nearing Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent professional institution. Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland/UK. Familiarity with all stages of a project life cycle. Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary design team. Demonstrated growth potential to assume more senior roles and responsibilities. Collaborative approach with colleagues, delivery partners, and team members for successful and effective project delivery. Awareness of developing technologies and industry best practices. Confidence to challenge the status quo and think innovatively. Effective communication skills (written, verbal & presentations). Willingness to develop and build client relationships.
