If so, Lutheran Social Service of MN(LSS), Personal Support Services is seeking energetic, experienced DSP'S to work in residential settings. The qualified candidate will support adults with disabilities in their home by fostering an environment which supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams and personal outcomes. The chosen candidate will also ensure health and safety while assisting with shopping, recreation and leisure, independent and daily living skills. Position is for day and afternoon shifts which include everyother weekend. Valid driver s license, acceptable driving record based on organization drivers eligibility requirements, ability to meet physical job requirements, and an acceptable criminal background check based on organization and Department of Human Services guidelines. All new hires will be required to complete agency sponsored training. Currently one positon available in Virginia, MN and Eveleth, MN.
