Liability Desktop Adjuster The Role: Are you looking for a challenge in the Liability Adjusting arena Do you have experience in any of these areas - PL, EL, PLPD or Disease Would you enjoy being part of a busy, supportive team which can provide great long term career opportunities Is flexible work/life balance important to you If so, we would love to hear from you. The Liability desktop adjuster is a technical role, the prime purpose of which is to conduct investigations undertaken from the desk, in order to form a reasoned and substantiated view on both policy and legal liability matters pertinent to civil claims. The role requires involvement in third party injury and public liability property damage claims of differing values, working both independently and under referral. We are looking for a variety of different profiles: PL/EL, PLPD or Disease. You will be dealing with these claims on behalf of our clients, using your skills and experience to backss liability and quantum through to settlement on a cradle to grave basis. Already experienced within the claims arena, you will have the ability to identify suspicious information and apply correct procedures to avoid fraudulent claims, identify and evaluate evidence.
