You will be responsible for efficiently deploying workers to addresses on works related to damp and mould remediation. Job Title: Damp and Mould Scheduler Location: Hamilton Square, UK Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 agile - Monday/Friday Contract: 3-month term Role overview: Service Care solutions are seeking a scheduler to join our clients team in Birkenhead. You will be responsible for efficiently deploying workers to addresses on works related to damp and mould remediation. Responsibilities: Utilise software to deploy and schedule remote workers with diverse skills to meet appointment demands. Manage a team of at least 15 remote workers, motivating and influencing them to achieve high performance. Communicate effectively with both remote workers and customers to schedule appointments and address any arising issues. Work with a deployment system or work scheduler to match appointments to skilled workers. Demonstrate an organised and composed approach to problem-solving, going the extra mile for both business and customer satisfaction. Work under pressure and remain flexible to ensure optimal outcomes for the business and customers. Requirements: Proven experience in a dynamically scheduled environment. Familiarity with deployment systems or work schedules.Ideally, experience in scheduling within the Social Housing sector. A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
