Advisors and CPAs, located in Richmond Hill, is a public accounting firm that provides Audit & Accounting, Tax, Advisory, and Bookkeeping services to owner-managed businesses and Not-For-Profit organizations. We provide a one-stop-shop accounting and tax solutions with a hands-on approach. We are currently looking to add a full-time, technologically inclined Staff Accountant who has a strong work ethic with a passion for excellence. Your Responsibilities (but not be limited to): - 3 4 years experience in Canadian CPA firm- 3 4 years experience completing compilation engagements, personal, corporate tax returns. - 3 4 years experience completing audit and review engagements for for-profit and not-for-profit entities. - 3 4 years experience in use of Case ware, Case view, and Tax Prep- Preparation of personal, corporate tax, and GST/HST returns. - Preparation of payroll and government-related remittances and filings including, but not limited to, T4s and T5s. - Correspond with the Canada Revenue Agency regarding client matters. Requirements: - Experience working in an accounting firm- Expert level in QBO and QBD. - Strong knowledge of accounting- Experience using accounting and tax software such as Tax Prep, Tax Cycle or Profile, Case ware and Case view, Tax Prep Forms, Quick books, Microsoft Office.
