What You Will Do The Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) is responsible for leading the Guelph EHS team and will be accountable for the deployment, execution, and performance of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Process Safety strategies, policies, standards, compliance, risk reduction and management initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Drive and sustain the EHS management system including the identification of significant EHS objectives for the site • Partner with site leaders to cultivate strong EHS performance by encouraging employee engagement and shared ownership for EHS programs • Grow the EHS team through effective coaching and robust talent development plans • Facilitate EHS program compliance against Kenvue and regulatory standards by identifying program gaps and implementing action plans • Conduct incident investigations, workplace inspections and risk backssments and implement strategies to prevent re-occurrence • Coordinate continual.
