To support the expansion of this pipeline, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Leader AL to join our team and lead advanced stage assets late preclinical and clinical in rare and genetically-driven neurological disease, which are breaking new ground and defining great promise for patients with the highest uncovered medical need. The Asset Leader role is a highly visible and strategic role that develops and delivers global asset strategies and creates plans that maximize asset value through exceptional cross-functional leadership. With the Core Team, the AL establishes and is responsible for project strategy and guarantees the medical, societal and economic values. The AL is responsible for the vision and overall success of the project. The AL has a strong background in medicals, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities : Propose a comprehensive asset vision and strategy. This includes defining short-term and long-term objectives and market positioning. Actively direct the project for completion of milestones, actively address and minimize risks, identify and report deviations from the plan that would trigger review by the appropriate governance committee. Propose and lead delivery of development plans of the asset at the core team and sub team level as well as with ad hoc functional contributors, ensuring alignment with group strategy across functions.
