Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a local authority, based in Hampshire, which is in need of a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. Please find below further details regarding this position. ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer LOCATION: Hampshire REMOTE will need to collect equipment on the first day RATE: Negotiable - £35-£40ph CONTRACT: 3 month ongoing The responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role: Handle a broad range of Commercial Property law matters brought to the council Matters will include, but are not limited to: Sales and purchases of commercial premises which could be freehold or leasehold, as well as some right to buy sales.
