Business Development Manager Location: Field-Based (North England/Scotland)Salary: £50 - 54k plus bonus Working Hours: 40 hours per week COMPANY CAR PROVIDEDWe are thrilled to introduce a compelling job opportunity for a Business Development Manager to cover North England and Scotland. The role would be working for a well-established market leader in the kitchen makeover and refurbishment industry. This company boasts a prominent position with approximately 100 franchisees spread across the UK. Having received multiple awards, it is highly regarded in the franchise industry and is affiliated with a large UK group of brands. Our client stands as a globally recognised leader in franchise brands, guided by strong values, and dedicated to repairing, maintaining, and enhancing customers' homes and businesses. Accountabilities Analyse franchisee profit and margins, identify growth obstacles, and develop strategies for increased profitability. Monitor and ensure plan implementation, maximise efficiency, and offer professional guidance. Set, develop, and monitor sales, growth, and customer service in line with the franchise model. Support new franchisees through setup, induction training, recruitment, and business planning. Provide on-site and Head Office training, assist in customer appointments, and ensure adherence to company standards. Collaborate with team members, share best practices, and report to senior management. Promote company policies and handle other reasonable duties within capabilities. This role profile provides an indication of the roles key accountabilities and is not intended to cover the whole scope of the role. Experience Previous Sales/Business Development experience is essential. Understanding of Sales and Marketing. Experience within Kitchen Industry - Desirable Experience in dealing with Franchises P&L experience and understanding of finance metrics of running a business.
