They are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic individual to join their family-feel team as a Service Manager. Due to their excellent reputation within the industry, they need a seasoned professional, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising their service delivery strategies. If you possess a strong background in service management and excel in stakeholder relationships, please talk with us. The Role - Service Manager - Success in this role is centred around people, with a pivotal focus on managing two teams effectively, encompassing responsibilities such as people management, disciplinary oversight, and workforce management. - Develop and monitor key metrics for superior customer service and proactively manage team performance against objectives.
