Responsibilities: Overseeing warranty and data submissions to the franchise partner. Ensuring strict adherence to the manufacturers stipulated guidelines for 100 compliance. Interact confidently with customers. Coach and inspire a team of aftersales professionals daily, ensuring they surpass company targets and expectations. Actively contribute to business growth by optimising sales and profitability across all revenue-generating areas. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager or in a similar role. Outstanding sales and marketing expertise, acquired within the automotive industry, specifically in a franchised dealership environment. Strong leadership skills, capable of coaching and developing an aftersales team. Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practices and motor trade standards. Skilled in i-VHC and dealer management system DMS.
