Childrens Support Worker Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Childrens Support Worker in Buckinghamshire This services is based in Buckinghamshire - High Wycombe and Aylesbury and surrounding towns. Mileage between activities will be covered. Main Responsibilities As a Childrens Support Worker, some of your responsibilities will be: You will be supported to make a difference by not only providing personal care but encouraging the children and young people to access a wide range of activities to meet their individual needs and interests including arts and crafts, sensory play, cooking, team games, outdoor play, enhancing life skills. You will also be engaging, having fun and interacting with children and young people that take part in activities in the local community such as climbing, water sports, go karting and visits to local farms and parks. You will also be recording outcomes for children and supporting the team leaders and colleagues. As we provide a range of activities and sessions in different locations across Buckinghamshire, access to your own transport is a must.
