Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Manager Location: Dresden Germany Salary: €50,000 to €70,000 depending on experience We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team for a newly refurbished hotel, scheduled for completion in March 2024. We aim to onboard a proficient individual at the start of Q1 to oversee the maintenance operations of our clients establishment. Requirements: Proficiency in both German and English languages Non-Negotiable. Extensive knowledge of German compliance standards specific to hotels. Experience managing maintenance in hotel environments, understanding the intricacies of a 10-floor, 306-bed facility with additional basement space, a restaurant, bar, and 8 conference rooms. Profound understanding and expertise in plumbing and heating systems. Ability to transition smoothly into a newly refurbished hotel, maintaining the infrastructure of newly installed equipment and systems. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of a 200-seater restaurant and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition. Manage and maintain the overall functionality and appearance of the entire hotel, including rooms, common areas, conference spaces, and plumbing/heating systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers for necessary repairs and procurements. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure longevity of hotel assets. Uphold compliance with German regulations, ensuring the hotel meets all safety and operational standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the hotel industry. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
