The David & Sharon Johnston Centre for Corporate Governance Innovation is the Rotman School of Management’s home for research and resources about boards of directors and corporate governance. Our purpose is to support academic research and teaching, generate practical tools and insights and host events that improve the effectiveness of boards. We focus on under-served sectors such as family enterprise, both public and private, co-operatives, crown corporations and dual-class public issuers The Associate Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, advisory and managerial oversight in directing the activities of the Johnston Centre for Corporate Governance Innovation at the Rotman School of Management in collaboration with the Academic Director of the Centre. The Associate Director will develop long-term plans and strategies for the Centre and management of Centre staff, will organize events of the Centre, will oversee data collections and dissemination, will oversee the research fellows program, and will manage the budgets and financial administration of the Centre.
