Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Representative for our Human Resources department, the role is hybrid working from our Senneville location. With opportunities to work from home a few days a week. The following are the key responsibilities related to the Senior Human Resources Representative position: Understand business needs and translate them into actionable HR priorities. Functioning as a senior level human resources professional and key contributor in both day-to-day and forward-looking projects and initiatives. Functioning as a lead on key organizational development and change projects providing a clear vision and consistent effort to successfully advance projects through to completion. Reviews and helps research, draft, review and manage sound human resource policies, practices and procedures that may be complex while ensuring they are clear, effective, and compliant and consistent with related legislation and organizational requirements. Stay abreast of the market including to ensure we remain competitive in the market within regards to benefits. Oversee new HR employees are onboarded and trained effectively to ensure an exceptional employee experience for our employees. Responsible for performing detailed analysis of HR programs to enhance and optimize program performance and sustainability.
