Job Title Director of Catering and Events – Unique Venue Salary: £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Location: London We are excited to be working with a fantastic London venue who is looking for an experienced Director of Catering and Events to join their busy team. You will be responsible for overseeing all catering sales and operations, leading on the strategy and effectively managing the team to achieve profit targets. We are seeking a motivated individual with previous senior management experience within catering and events. Key responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of all catering and retail operations in the venue Lead, manage and develop the sales and operations teams Maintaining effective relationships with a complex mix of clients, suppliers and stakeholders Responsible for the recruitment and training of all full time, freelance and casual staff Contribute to strategic business planning with ideas for growth and development in new areas Keeping up with latest trends within the food and beverage industry Health & Safety and Food Hygiene compliance across all events Create and implement SOPs across the business P&L Accountability Skills and Experience: Senior management experience within London venues Knowledge of the catering industry Ability to manage and motivate a team Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Experience managing budgets Stakeholder management A strategic individual with good commercial acumen Job Title Director of Catering and Events – Unique Venue Salary: £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Location: London If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Marlene@Get social……. http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
