Job Title: Director of F&BLocation: Maldives Package: 3,000 - 4,000 per month, plus package. I am currently supporting one of the largest management companies, in the Maldives, who own and operate a portfolio of amazing luxury resorts. They are currently on the lookout for an incredible DOFB to join one of their 5 multi award winning properties. Ideally, we're looking for someone who comes from a strong remote/island resort background already. Job Summary: The incumbent will be accountable for overseeing and supervising all aspects and operations of the food and beverage service in alignment with the standards set by the resort. He/she shall lead, execute, and uphold a service and management philosophy that serves as a guiding principle for the team. Director of Food and Beverages role will involve providing assistance, training, guidance, and fostering an environment of ongoing achievement for staff members. Additionally, responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service procedures. Responsibilities: Promote and showcase the services and facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction. Prioritize workplace safety and adhere to regulations, fostering a secure environment for the team. Maintain high service standards and cleanliness in all outlets to meet standards. Manage beverage inventory, promptly addressing shortages and suggesting alternatives. Delegate operational responsibilities, providing guidance and follow-up for efficient performance. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, taking corrective action as needed. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Execute F&B activities and promotions as per management guidelines. Foster customer satisfaction by implementing standards, addressing needs, and gathering feedback.
