The Role: As an Agricultural Parts Manager reporting to the Group Parts Manager, you will ensure smooth operation of the parts department. Duties: Oversee parts department staff Collaborate with the Group Parts Manager Handle calls, assist customers, and engage with colleagues courteously Source and order parts, maintain optimal stock levels, and cultivate customer relationships Aid service engineers in procuring parts for service work Training will cover dealer-backed online parts ordering systems and order input into the computer package. Requirements: Previously worked as a Parts Manager or in a similar role.
