Candyopolis has a twenty-year history of providing wonderful customer service and a unique and decidedly sweet in-store experience! With stores in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska, Candyopolis stores range from 800 to 1700 sq. ft. and often occupy premier center court locations with national teen and young adult co-tenants. Candyopolis will likely add two to five additional stores in 2011 and three to ten stores in 2012. This position could easily grow into a larger role in the organization as the Company continues its explosive growth. Roles & Responsibilities The Store Manager will be responsible for the day to day management and growth of their store. More specifically, the Store Manager will be responsible for: Driving Sales and hitting weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets Managing and inspiring a team of candyologists to deliver fantastic customer service Keep the store well stocked Manage labor and other expenses Inventory tracking and shrink minimization Daily depositing and z-tape reconciliations Submitting weekly reports and other reports on a timely basis Having Fun! Qualifications 2+ years of retail experience 2+ years of management experience Good knowledge of MS Excel A highly organized, self-directed individual who is able to work effectively and drive sales in the store Strong attention to detail An entrepreneurial drive coupled with the desire to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
