Our agents are averaging $60,250 commissions in their 1st year, over $87,000 in their 2nd year and over $111,000 in their 3rd year. Our agents are paid based on commissions and are 1099 employees. You will be meeting and consulting with those who are 65 and older. You will review and provide insurance products that fit their current health and financial needs.
