JOB SUMMARY: The employee in this classification is responsible to develop and implement work plan schedules, priorities and administrative procedures, including monitoring and controlling the flow of information and budgetary aspects for work teams and small to large corporate projects. This position is also responsible to monitor project and work progress, analyze problems, gather information and make recommendations on alternative solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Oversee and coordinate project and work processes and procedures and controls, and review, evaluate and implement new procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied • Establish, schedule and assign work priorities, measure work process performance, develop and implement metrics, and ensure timelines are met and procedures are followed • Facilitate the coordination of schedules, monitoring and detecting deviations from work plans • Analyze and evaluate contracts, tenders, and work related documentation • Develop workgroup strategies in order to sustain a high level of performance • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes • Develop and maintain and prioritize work plans, schedules, required to ensure efficient and effective operations, updating as required • Develop and maintain plans and strategies for major projects • Monitor and report on progress of work schedules, plans.
