The Day Porter shall wear disposable gloves, facemasks, and any additional personal protective equipment (PPE) as recommended by OMEX Management. Disinfect all high contact surfaces in the building common and high traffic areas. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties is Monday - Friday Day shift (10am - 2pm) hours subject to change. Only at 214 N. Mariposa Rd. Nogales, AZ 85345. Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles (including outside immediate area). 2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, floors (pick up spills both liquid and solid waste). 3. Clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items. 4. Empty trash in break room area. 5. Clean door glass interior and exterior. 6. Police areas around outside of building (including tables, benches, trash and ashtrays) 7. Perform related work as required and instructed 8. Disinfecting high traffic areas include, but are not limited to, handrails, door knobs, key card scan pads, light switches, countertops, table tops, water faucets and handles, elevator buttons, sinks, toilets and control handles, restroom stall handles, toilet paper and other paper dispensers, door handles and push plates, water cooler and drinking fountain controls.
