I am 63 and disabled. I own a 3/2, 1 acre in Pipe Creek, Bandera Falls subdiv. Because I can no longer drive I have trouble with tenants who know I am unable to regularly visit and watch over my property. I need someone with actual experience in handling tenants in rental homes. I need someone who can get tough if necessary. Willing to pay $200/month with proper qualifications and proof of previous experience. If you are not completely qualified and able to demand the respect of the tenants you deal with DO NOT RESPOND. Professional Bonding is a plus. NO AMATEURS.
