The Role: As an Accounts & Audit Manager, you will directly report to practice partners while overseeing accounting, auditing, and taxation services. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, allocating work effectively among the team. Oversee and execute audit assignments from planning to completion. Supervise statutory accounts preparation, liaising with clients and Partners. Guide the outsourcing team through bookkeeping to statutory accounts production. Prepare financial statements adhering to accounting standards. Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth. Assist in business tax computations and exhibit corporate tax awareness. Identify and implement efficient processes supporting client accounting needs. Requirements: Previous experience working as an Account & Audit Manager or in a similar role. ACA / ACCA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification practice-based experience. Skilled in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax matters. Familiarity with IRIS accounting suite and mainstream bookkeeping software Quick Books, Xero, Sage. Proven expertise in enhancing client accounting through technology-driven solutions.
