The Role: As a Kitchen Designer, you will craft customised kitchen designs, engage with clients, and oversee project execution for an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities: Consult with clients, comprehend their needs, preferences, and financial boundaries for kitchen design and installation. Utilise specialised software to craft detailed, aesthetically pleasing, and functional kitchen designs. Remain updated on latest products, materials, advise customers, and offer appropriate options within their budget. Provide transparent price quotations encompassing materials, labor, and services, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage projects, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery and quality installation. Ensure installed kitchens meet quality standards, addressing any post-installation issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of interactions, designs, contracts, and payments adhering to company policies. Offer post-installation support, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing post-sales issues. Requirements: Previously worked as a Kitchen Designer or in a similar role. 2 years of experience in Kitchen Design or Sales. Skilled in kitchen design software. Knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and appliances. Excellent customer service, sales, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
