The Strategic Sourcing Store Services and Maintenance Manager leads the strategic sourcing strategy development, negotiation, contracting and Tier 1 supplier management for a complex portfolio of store services and maintenance programs (i. e. interior & exterior – equipment, refrigeration, electrical and lighting, roof, plumbing, doors and docks, HVAC, building and grounds, common area, sanitation programs, etc. ) in support of our grocery retail locations and distribution centers nationally. The purpose of the position is to create value for our retail locations, reduce total cost, increase operational efficiency and be aware of industry key drivers, and new sustainability capabilities.
