The products and solutions produced by TWG find their way into diverse applications including onshore oil and gas, the utility industry, commercial and governmental towing and recovery, construction and offshore cranes, marine applications including fishing and cargo handling, forestry and mining applications and a myriad of other construction applications. We feel that our success is directly attributable to the creativity, commitment and enthusiasm of our employees. This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of new products and make improvements to existing products for TWG. Essential Responsibilities: Plans, designs and implements mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic systems and products. Designs products and systems such as winches, winch systems, winch accessories, truck mounted equipment, hydraulic systems and parts Designs products and systems using common machine design elements, hydraulics, brakes, clutches, gear design, castings, fabrications and machined parts. Creates and modifies 3-D CAD models, drawings and Bills of Material as needed Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, industry standards,.
