The Role: As a Casework Manager, you will be overseeing operational service delivery, managing a team, and providing a holistic casework service to individuals in the horticulture industry. Responsibilities: Provide line management, including planning and support. Recruit and manage regional casework teams. Offer guidance in dealing with challenging cases. Attend relevant team meetings and support sessions. Implement best practices for efficient operational delivery. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards. Support the Head of Service in reports and leadership needs. Advocate for the casework service internally and externally. Requirements: Previously worked as a Casework Manager or in a similar role. At least 3 years of experience in advice and information service delivery. 2 years' experience of managing dispersed remote teams. Background in complex needs and money advice interventions. Technical knowledge in welfare benefits, health and social care, or housing systems. Skilled in IT.
