The role will focus heavily on people leadership, profitability enhancement, brand development, service and systems improvement and collaboratively supporting the CEO in major scaling plans. Currently this internationally operating business has six brilliant hotels and has five venues in varies stages of opening in the next 2 years. Key Objectives of the role: Drive brand development through product offering and service improvement Working closely with property organisations to forward plan new openings and work together on logistics Lead new openings set up post property and fit out stage Drive operational standards and customer service Drive F&B offer, activity and product offer and continue to develop the customer experience.
