Job Title: Cluster Director of Rooms Location: Frankfurt Salary: €5000 - €7000 Bruto per month The Role: My client is looking for a Cluster Director of Rooms to join their team You will be managing the rooms division of multiple properties within a hotel chain group. As the Cluster Director of Rooms you will be overseeing and managing the rooms division operations across multiple properties within both hotels. You are responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency within the rooms department. Your Responsibilities will be: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services. Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and service delivery. Monitor room inventory and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue. Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of room division staff. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and service standards. Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing the resolution of guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively. Implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and exceed expectations. Develop and manage the departmental budget, forecasting revenue and expenses. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality. Collaborate with other departments sales, marketing, F&B to optimize overall hotel/resort performance. Maintain effective communication with property managers, providing regular reports and updates on rooms division performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards. What qualities are we looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
