In this role, you will… Provide backup support to the department by: Monitoring Inboxes Updating documentation Opening/closing accounts Inputting trades Running queries Perform data clean-up as required. Attend to daily inquiries by phone and/or written communication. Assist in the digitalization of client files in and required storage. Participate actively in team learning development activities and team performance achievements. Build effective working relationships across the team and with various business line and corporate function contacts. Maintain a high level of customer service. Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned. Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if: You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education. You have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Power Point, Excel and Word). You are detail oriented. You have customer service focus. You have strong organizational skills. You take initiative, work well with minimal direction and multi-task. You have strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail. How do I apply?
