Contractor needed to work the northern Virginia area including Manassas, Leesburg, Fairfax and Winchester. Requirements are a valid drivers license. Must have own tools including trucks, lawn care equipment, generator, cell phone with camera, digital camera, fax capability, computer with email capability. Must have the ability to work independently and schedule flow of work to meet deadlines. Work orders will cover maintenance requirements on vacant and abandoned residential properties in foreclosure. Duties will include Changing locks, boarding windows, tarping and roof repair, removing trash and debris, cutting grass and general home repairs. All forms and completion reports need to be filled out and returned to our office with photos the day of completion. Please email resume to apply. Pay is based on amount of orders completed ranging from $500.00 to $1500.00 per week
