Project Manager – Lancashire Salary: £ 18.98 Per Hour Full Time: Monday to Friday – 09:00am to 17:30pm Role Purpose: As a key member of Assets, the Project Manager will be required to manager a team delivering all aspects, including planning, preparation and contract letting process of investment related projects. This will involve simultaneously managing multi £m projects with multiple stakeholders to strict deadlines. A proven track record of managing complex construction and planned maintenance projects will be required using recognised project management techniques. The post holder will be expected to use performance management tools to deliver excellent services to meet operational goals and will focus on managing scheme scope, cost, quality, resource, communication, and risk.
