About the Opportunity Reporting to the Manager (Rehabilitation Services), the Eastern Zone Obesity Clinic Coordinator (OCC) is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, coordination and delivery of the patient navigation/intake infrastructure whose primary objective is the management of obesity as a chronic health condition.
