Servers have solid knowledge and familiarity with all Smitty’s products, systems and programs, which upholds Smitty’s standards and effectively promotes the brand name in every way. Working with their team towards a great guest experience, every time Connecting with guests, developing relationships and bonds that keeps people wanting to come back!
