The Role: The Director is responsible for providing GO portfolio governance reporting around Global Operation initiatives within the Global Operation [GO] division. Must develop expertise on key project performance metrics, GO related cost drivers, business line allocations. GO PMO is a Divisional PMO supporting GO and mandated to provide Executive reporting and analysis to enable GO Leadership team and GO Functional teams to understand, manage and control project execution and financial risks for GO initiatives. What will you do? The Director will have interaction across all GO divisions, Project Control Office and GO Finance. Leading the GO PMO team, the director works effectively and efficiently and delivers to senior management; often under tight timeframes and always maintaining high standards of accuracy and insight. Manage GO SIP Envelope Manage the overall GO SIP envelop to ensure portfolio spend is within budget. Define and maintain portfolio prioritization model and recommend de-risking actions through data driven analysis to ensure adherence to budget. Work with EBI Finance and GO Finance to track project spend and forecast relative to overall plan and specific project approvals. Facilitate review and approvals of project re-baseline for scope, cost, and project duration changes. Focus on improving project forecast accuracy to ensure the SIP envelope utilization is fully optimized. GO Business Case Approval & Annual Prioritization Facilitate the annual initiative prioritization process by working with key stakeholders within Global Operations from idea inception to business case funding, execution, and post implementation review. Facilitate and support the development and approval of business cases by working closely with GO stakeholders. Lead the business case review and challenge by working closely.
