Senior Internal Auditor Location: Cambridgeshire Contract: Temporary 3 Months Initial Rate: £25-27 per hour – 37hr week Start Date: ASAP Hybrid Working Contact: Internal Auditor Location: Cambridgeshire Contract: Temporary 3 Months Initial Rate: £25-27 per hour – 37hr week Start Date: ASAP Hybrid Working Contact: Description Service Care Finance are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire for a Senior Internal Auditor on a temporary basis. The Senior Internal Auditor will complete a range of audits, including risk-based audits and key financial systems reviews, as set out in the annual Audit Plan approved by the relevant Audit Committee. The Senior Internal Auditor will support the Head of Shared Internal Audit in delivering an effective Internal Audit function covering areas such as contracting and partnership arrangements; information governance and ICT, project and programme management and corporate governance and risk. Candidate Criteria CCAB/MIIA Qualified or Part-Qualified with extensive experience Extensive experience in Internal Audit in Local Government/Public Sector Experience of completing a range of audits including risk-based audits as set out in annual Audit Plans.
