The Headlines : In the role of Category Insights Executive, you will be part of the Marketing Activation and Customer Solutions team. This is a temporary role to replace a maternity leave. You will develop critical insights and solutions for their assigned chain account(s) to grow the size and the value of the customer's beer category, while capturing a disproportionate share of growth. Your main focus is to provide direction to deliver an optimal growth plan that fulfills the portfolio and brand strategies, customer objectives and volume/financial commitments. This position reports to the Sr. Customer Solutions Manager and is based out of Toronto. The Responsibilities: Identifying Insights and emerging business opportunities through the analysis of the perfect store pillars (shelf space allocation, assortment strategy, category reviews). Incorporate consumer/shopper insights and behavior into analysis and insights. Synthesizing all insights into selling story, category, and business reviews. Work collaboratively with account team(s) on sales call approach and plan. Implement the annual plan agreed with the customer, ensuring the activations align to the brand strategies where appropriate and Perfect Store tools help elevating the category. .
