As a Maintenance Manager you will manage people, resources, and the systems of the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Departments. Focus on plant reliability, Health and Safety, environment, and cost control achieved through teamwork. WHAT WILL YOU DO? The employee is expected to promote a healthy and safe work environment by actively participating in all plant safety programs as directed by Management. The Maintenance Manager ensures that departmental personnel adhere to health and safety regulations and actively participate in safety and environmental initiatives. Ensure that all maintenance activities include the proper consideration of environmental needs. Provide leadership to department employees by establishing goals and objectives consistent with the company's values, management systems, plant objectives and budget and then is responsible for communicating these goals.
