Santa Cruz Post-Acute is a beautiful Newly Remodeled 135 bed facility seeking to hire a compassionate Treatment Nurse - Full Timewill pay for certification! SIGN ON BONUS $3000 The Licensed RN or LVN provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with staff competency and each individual resident's comprehensive resident observation and plan of care. This position makes decisions about resident care needs during shift within scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures. Requirements for a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse position: California Licensed Vocational Nurse license Registered Nurse Our Mission Committed to excellence in serving our community.
