Horizon Health Care is seeking two full-time Nurse Managers. The Nurse Manager provides leadership and support to clinic nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will promote patient and staff engagement throughout the organization to support improved patient outcomes. Successful candidates for the Nurse Manager should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care.
