Our Groundskeeper is an essential team member that maintains the overall curb appeal/appearance of the apartment community. If you have a great eye for detail, enjoy working in the fresh air, and take great pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment, check out our Groundskeeper opening. Our residents will enjoy your friendly personality as you diligently work to make their home a beautiful place to live. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. WHAT YOU'LL DO Daily property walks to maintain a well-kept and manicured curb appeal Work independently as you pick up trash on the property and in common areas, which includes but is not limited to driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, breezeways, mailrooms, and other public areas. Assist with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move-ins and model units Update the Service Manager with the status of work and communicate any potential liabilities. Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Notifies supervisor when supplies are needed. Assists office staff, as needed, with posting notices on resident doors. Ensure that policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance expectations, are met. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. IDEAL KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE: Excellent attention to detail Previous grounds, general cleaning, janitorial and labor experience preferred Attention to detail and commitment to our customers. Our residents will take notice and appreciate your detail on a daily basis. Customer service oriented Strong time management and organizational skills Good communication skills Strong ability to work independently and with a team Strong adherence to ethical standards, including but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentially.
